La solicitante en representación de 80 mujeres, solicita dar trámite de desacato y cumplimiento a la sentencia T-848/05, que por lo tanto se ordene a las autoridades demandadas respetar los derechos de las visitantes en las cárceles, que se prohíba las requisas que atenten contra sus derechos fundamentales, que no se las obligue al uso de determinadas prendas para realizar las visitas, además que se autorice el ingreso de menores para que puedan visitar a sus padres.
La Sala recuerda que el juez encargado de verificar el cumplimiento de la sentencia es el juez de primera instancia, las personas que presentaron la solicitud no formaron parte en los procesos resueltos en la sentencia de la referencia, además son solicitudes nuevas, posteriores y que sucedieron en otros centros penitenciarios diferentes a los accionados en la aludida sentencia, se deniega la solicitud.
